Jo's Design Thinking & Research
As a product and user experience designer, I communicate with my stakeholders on a daily basis. They could be customers, users, product managers, engineers, etc. I love to utilize design thinking and human-centered design approaches to collaborate with them.
Research Process
I will collect info from my stakeholders through in-depth 1:1 interviews, participatory designs, usability testings and observations, then apply affinity diagraming to analyze the data. Journey maps, workflows, low-fidelity prototypes are my deliverables.
Research Methods
I will also design different strategies, methods and artifacts to collect users' feedback for different contexts. Here is a variety of artifacts I designed to facilitate interviews and participatory designs in order to collect data.
